Frequently Asked Questions

• How can I obtain tax information about my donations?

Once the fiscal year has ended, donation certificates will be issued. During January of the following year, the corresponding certificate for your donation will be sent to your email address, allowing you to claim your tax deduction. You can check the tax benefits of donations to the CIEN Foundation here.

Please note that to inform the Tax Agency of your right to a deduction, it is essential that you have provided us with your full name, DNI or NIF, and address, as we are legally required to identify donors.

• How can I obtain information about my collaboration or update my contact details?

If your contact details (address, email, phone number, etc.) have changed since you made your donation, you can update them by sending an email to amigos@fundacioncien.es.
